Behind Every Garment Is a Team: D&J Fashion September Birthday Celebration
At D&J Fashion, a reliable supply chain is built not only on production capability, but also on people who communicate, collaborate and solve problems together.
On September 16, our team gathered for a September birthday celebration. Colleagues from different departments stepped away from their daily work to enjoy games, creative activities and a relaxed afternoon together.
One of the highlights was a team challenge using chopsticks to transfer ping-pong balls. It required coordination, patience and quick communication — qualities that are just as important in fashion manufacturing. From design and merchandising to sourcing, production and quality control, every stage of the global supply chain depends on different teams working closely together.
We also held a clay DIY activity, where colleagues worked in groups to create their own pieces. It was a simple reminder that creativity at D&J Fashion is never limited to the design department. Strong OEM and ODM development requires ideas to move smoothly between design, merchandising, sourcing and production.
